BLUEDOT focuses on developing video-specific AI model and advanced video codec hardware IPs for such semiconductor devices as FPGA, ASIC, and SOC. The technologies of IPs meet recent requirements of visual media data center services that include video streaming, transcoding, and cloud gaming.
BLUEDOT has a capability of constructing and training in-house AI models for video processing such as de-noise, quality enhancing, upscaling, and encoder-aware quality optimizing.
With long experienced and expert team, BLUEDOT develops advanced video/image encoder algorithm such as AV1 and AVIF to offer a better compression efficiency and visual quality compared to widely used such as H.264 and JPEG.
Hardware IP implementation requires a level of expertise and is known for long development cycle. But, as BLUEDOT is an expert in HLS design methodology, implementation cycle is shorter than conventional method, enabling us to response to market demand quickly and update product flexibly per customer’s request.
