About C*Core Technology Co., Ltd

The C*Core Technology Co. was established in June 2001 in the New District of Suzhou City, China. It was invested by private Companies in China, and authorized by the Ministry of Information Industry of China (MII) to receive the M*Core, a 32bit RISC CPU core, and its design technologies from Motorola. This was the result of the agreement between MII and Motorola to transfer the embedded RISK CPU and design methodology to China. A contract agreement was reached between Motorola and C*Core Technology Co. in April 2002. The C*Core Technology Co. received the rights of sublicensing M*Core in their hard core forms to design companies in China with full design, manufacturing and sales rights. The C*Core Technology also has the right to make modifications to C*Core to meet the future market needs.

The core technologies at the C*Core Technology Company are the high performance and low power consumption 32 bit CPU, C*Core¡¯s, and the SoC design platform to support automated design simulation and verification. The main business at the C*Core Technology Company is in three areas, IP licensing, Design serves and IC products.
