"ARKT12FFC_RCOSC16M is a clock generator IP which can generate low frequency oscillator clock. The IP is based on TSMC 12nm FinFET Process.
The output frequency of the oscillator can be configured as 16MHz that a trimming function is embedded for application requiring a high accuracy clock.
Its accuracy is up to ±5% within large temperature range and voltage supply range and consumes low power.
While generating 16MHz output clock, the current which the whole IP consumes, is as low as 150uA and a standby mode is available for quick starts-up."
