TSMC 12 FFC 1MHz_RC Oscillator_RCOSC1M
"ARKT12FFC_RCOSC1M is a clock generator IP which can generate low frequency oscillator clock. The IP is based on TSMC 12nm FinFET Process.
The output frequency of the oscillator can be configured as 1MHz that a trimming function is embedded for application requiring a high accuracy clock.
Its accuracy is up to ±5% within large temperature range and voltage supply range and consumes low power.
While generating 1MHz output clock, the static current which the whole IP consumes, is as low as 20uA and a standby mode is available for quick starts-up."
