TSMC 12 FFC Combo Power On Reset_PORCOMBO, IO voltage=1.8V / Core voltage=0.8V

The ARK12FFC_POR_COMBO IP belongs to a family of power on reset(POR) circuit that will generate a log “high” output signal once the power supply voltage(AVDDH) rises above specified level(Vth). And the cell will generate a logic “low” output signal after the power supply voltage(AVDDH) drops  below another specified level(Vth-Vhyst) which specified by parameter as hysteresis(Vhyst). The ARKT12FFC_POR_COMBO IP solutions for integration on SoC. It is specified from –40°C to +125 °C.
