Cadence PCIe 4.0 Receiver JTOL Test
This video highlight how Cadence perform its PCIe 4.0 PHY receiver tests in its silicon validation laboratory. With leveraging the commercially available test equipment plus Cadence Eye-Surf software (a PHY test software that is part of Cadence PHY IP deliverables), the video demonstrates 3 major tests to qualify a PHY receiver quality: Receiver JTOL, Non-destructive receiver eye-diagram re-construction, and BERT.
