Video Interfaces Verification Library
The VIVO verification library contains video interfaces VIPs and tools that simplify its instantiation and usage.
The library includes a flexible environment, easily-configurable VIPs, and several features that simplify the verification process.
VIVO lib has unified architecture and transactions for each interface type (RGB, ITU656, DVI, CameraLink, MIPI CSI, TV). Protocol checkers are built-in to control data flow correctness. VIVO supports DMT video formats and is able to check frame parameters' correctness.
Interface agents are able to generate test flow. Video frames could be created from the user's images or randomized using one of the pre-defined test patterns (horizontal or vertical lines, chess fields, gradients, etc).
Errors can be injected into frame transactions (wrong line size, unexpected EOF, etc).
