RF CMOS
RF CMOS (Radio Frequency Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) is a low-cost, high-volume digital process technology. CMOS-based devices use minimal power and don’t produce as much heat as other processing technologies. Allows more functions, such as the radio frequency (RF) and baseband components, to be integrated into a single chip.
