Accelerated Technology's Nucleus RTOS is the First to Support Tensilica's Six New Diamond Standard Processor CoresMOBILE, Ala., March 7, 2006 -Accelerated Technology®, a Mentor Graphics division (Nasdaq: MENT), today announced that the Nucleus® Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) is the first to support all six of Tensilica's new Diamond Standard processor cores. This support provides embedded developers using Diamond Standard processors with a proven, royalty-free software environment in which to build a wide variety of applications including consumer electronics and network management systems. "The Nucleus PLUS RTOS has been the most requested RTOS by our Xtensa configurable processor customers, and we expect an even stronger reception from those using our Diamond Standard processors," stated Chris Jones, Tensilica's strategic alliances manager.
