SigmaTel Launches New Software Development Kit for STMP3600 Portable Media SoC
New SDK 4.201 Offers PlaysForSure(TM) 1.2 Support for WMDRM10 and Ability to Store and Playback WMDRM10 Content from Removable Media

(NASDAQ:SGTL), a leader in mixed-signal multimedia semiconductors, today launched its new Software Development Kit (SDK) 4.201 for its fourth-generation System on Chip portable multimedia player solution, the STMP3600. The SigmaTel SDK 4.201 provides customers with a more robust software development environment offering Microsoft(R) PlaysForSure(TM) version 1.2 support for Windows(R) Media (WM) DRM10.
