April 26, 2006 -- IQ-Analog is developing a full wideband receiver in 0.13u. The receiver can be applied to a myriad of applications including wireless LAN and CMOS imagers. The receiver will provide up to 90dB of gain with 6th-order filtering. The signal is sampled with a state of the art compact and low power 12b/100Msps ADC. A frequency synthesizer is included. The transmitter features a 12-bit DAC achieving >65dB SNDR in 12MHz of bandwidth with low out of band emission.
This wideband transceiver is a state of the art analog interface tailored for use within a System-on-Chip (SoC).
