Kilopass XPM technology is the world’s first high-density embedded NVM technology verified in silicon and available for design in 65 nm standard logic CMOS processes. Kilopass is also making XPM-65LP and XPM-65G+ evaluation kits available to its customers. Working closely with its foundry partners, Kilopass continues its leadership role in providing high-density embedded NVM solutions on the most advanced CMOS process geometries. Kilopass XPM technology is ideal for standard logic and mixed-signal CMOS design applications requiring embedded non-volatile memory since the XPM technology requires no additional mask or process steps.
