Accelerated Technology Announces Complete RTOS Solution for MIPS Technologies' Newest MIPS32 4K Family of 32-bit Processor Cores

MOBILE, Ala., APRIL 28 -- Accelerated Technology, Inc., the leader of source code and non-royalty based Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) software, announced today that they provide a complete Nucleus embedded software solution for the newest MIPS32(TM) 4K(TM) family of 32-bit processor cores from MIPS Technologies, Inc. . The combination of tested Nucleus software and the high performance MIPS32 4K family of processor cores establishes a powerful foundation from which engineers can develop a variety of applications. These include office automation, communications (cellular phones), network management, digital consumer devices, industrial controls, automation and more, all developed quickly and easily with ATI's RTOS products (http://www.atinucleus.com ) and MIPS Technologies' 4K family of processor cores.

Accelerated Technology's support for the 4K family of processor cores includes Nucleus PLUS, a real-time kernel; Nucleus EDE, embedded development environment; Nucleus WebServ, a portable embedded web server; Nucleus NET, an RFC compliant TCP/IP protocol stack; and an entire networking suite including an ethernet driver, point-to-point protocol (PPP), an email package, and much more.
