MIPS Technologies Licenses Analog / Mixed-Signal IP to Socle TechnologyDesign Services Company Leverages Range of Cores for USB 2.0 OTG MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – December 18, 2008 - MIPS Technologies, Inc. (NasdaqGS: MIPS), a leading provider of industry-standard architectures, processors and analog IP for digital consumer, home networking, wireless, communications and business applications, today announced that Socle Technology Corporation, a Taiwan-based firm specializing in SoC design services and embedded platforms that reduce development time, licensed its USB 2.0 On-The-Go (OTG) PHY and Controller in multiple processes.
