Ceallaigh Group purchases DAFCA

January 5, 2009 -- Ceallaigh Group, LLC, purchased DAFCA on October 30, 2008. Ceallaigh will sustain and grow the company's ongoing success in the traditional EDA market, whilst strongly supporting the build-out of its Hardware Assurance product lines.
