ELMOS Semiconductor and Dolphin Integration cooperate for innovation in schematics edition

Meylan, France and Dortmund, Germany -- May 25, 2009 – ELMOS and Dolphin Integration announce they have completed together a major joint project for innovating in schematic edition, commercialized by Dolphin Integration under the name of SLED.

Ludger Krücke, VP IC Design at ELMOS declared: “In this era, it is common for EDA providers to try to tie-in their customers through database incompatibilities. For ELMOS, the decision to develop an open and extensible schematics editor, as an alternative to frameworks, was based on the long term vision for the company, with the concern to maintain independence.
