ITC: China's IP enforcement is still lackingMark LaPedus, EETimes SAN JOSE, Calif. - Enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPR) laws still remains a ''serious problem'' in China, according to a new and recent report from the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
