Dolphin Integration offers the highest performances for an audio CODEC of the Xenon family: up to 106 dB of SNR at 65 nm.
Grenoble, France -- May 9, 2011 -- Dolphin Integration offers highest performances in its new generation of audio CODEC - Xenon family - for applications targeting high resolution: PC sound cards, Set top Box, Digital TV etc. Xenon offers 106 dB of SNR, like in the configuration shCOD106.HD50. This product is based on stereo ADC and DAC cores enhanced by the relevant peripherals: line-ins and microphone inputs (100 dB), Headphone drivers (103 dB) and line-outputs (106 dB). For insuring high sound resolution, a Pop-up Noise reduction and a jack plugs detection systems are embedded. For limiting costs, this audio CODEC is designed for the lowest silicon and BoM costs. Dolphin Integration offers customized configurations for any application thanks to the FlexAudio approach: a library of safely designed and proven blocks is available and Dolphin’s architects are able to choose and abut the perfect configuration for the targeted application. And for the easiest integration, Xenon CODEC family can be delivered with the matching linear regulator.
