LogicVision Certifies Credence's Quartet SoC Tester as LogicVision Ready

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 25, 2002--LogicVision, Inc. , a leading provider of embedded test IP for integrated circuits and systems, today announced Credence Systems Corp., a leading provider of test solutions from design-to-production for the worldwide semiconductor industry, has integrated its Quartet(TM) Series testers with LogicVision's Embedded Test Solution's access technology. This integration, fostered through an ongoing partnership between the two companies, provides leading designers and manufacturers of communications, consumer, and storage semiconductors with an embedded test solution designed to speed time-to-volume and reduce total cost of test.

LogicVision's embedded test capabilities run directly from Credence's Quartet system-on-chip (SoC) test systems for full access and control of embedded test resources within the device-under-test (DUT). Test engineers can save time by initiating go/no-go production or interactive tests to diagnose device failures.
