UltraSoC further strengthens Board with appointment of CSR Co-Founder Graham PinkCAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom -- January 30th 2014 -- UltraSoC Technologies, the pioneering company developing advanced on-chip analytics for debugging and optimisation of embedded electronic systems, today announced the appointment of Graham Pink to the Board. This comes a week after the announcement of the appointment of Chris Gilbert as Non-Executive Chairman. Graham is an experienced technology entrepreneur with extensive knowledge of semiconductor IC engineering, from digital implementation, packaging and fabrication through test. Graham began his career as an engineer for Lucas Aerospace. He then spent seventeen years at Cambridge Consultants where he led various projects on metering and communication products, fault tolerant computing systems and ASIC developments. In 1999 he co-founded CSR and served various roles there for the next eleven years including SVP Engineering and EVP R&D. He was the architect for CSR’s industry leading developments in package, test and engineering. He also grew the department to over 100 specialists helping to transform CSR into the most successful fabless semiconductor company in the UK, growing from 9 people to over 1500 and producing over 2 billion chips. More recently Graham is a member of the UK Electronic Skills Foundation and has been CEO of IPICSI where he continued to advise fabless chip companies on business strategy and product development. Graham has a BA in Engineering Science from Oxford University.
