Flex Logix Appoints Dana McCarty as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AI Inference ProductsExpanded Sales Team Designed to Accelerate Flex Logix’s Growth MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – January 11, 2021 – Flex Logix ® Technologies, Inc. today announced that seasoned executive Dana McCarty has joined Flex Logix as Vice President (VP) of Sales and Marketing for Inference Products. Dana brings a wealth of domestic and international experience having previously held senior management roles in high-growth companies such as Arm, Broadcom and Teradyne, among others. In this new role, Dana will be responsible for building a team of sales, marketing and applications engineers to work with existing and future customers to ramp sales of Flex Logix’s InferX™ X1 inference solutions (software, chips and boards). Most recently, Dana was a Strategic Advisor for medical device, MRAM IP and EDA companies. Prior to that, he was Vice President of North American Sales for Arm Corporation, where he spearheaded sales activities with North American customers across revenue, forecasting, IP licensing, and corporate relationships. Before that he was Vice President of Global Sales for MaxLinear Corporation as Section 16 officer reporting to the CEO. Prior to MaxLinear, Dana was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for LitePoint Corporation, a Teradyne company. He also spent 12 years at Broadcom in various roles, including Vice President of Emerging Business & Channel Sales, Vice President Pan Asia Sales, and Taiwan Country Manager.
