Patriot Scientific (PTSC) Files Additional Patent Infringement Lawsuits
SAN DIEGO, Calif., Dec. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PTSC - News) announced today that the company has filed additional lawsuits against Fujitsu (U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California - Case number C 03 5787 WDB), Toshiba (U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York - Case number 03 CV 10180 (DAB) and NEC (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Central Islip Branch - Case number 03 CV 6432 (JS)) in an effort to protect its patent rights relating to Patent No. 5,809,336 - "High Performance Microprocessor Having Variable Speed System Clock".
