Avnet Cilicon Signs Franchise Agreement With Leopard Logic To Proliferate Next Generation TechnologyGladiator CLD now available through Avnet Cilicon in North America Phoenix, Arizona and Cupertino, California — February 4th, 2004 — Avnet Electronics Marketing, an operating group of Avnet Inc. (NYSE: AVT), and Leopard Logic, Inc. announce the execution of a distribution agreement for Leopard Logic’s Gladiator™ CLD™ devices in North America, with plans to address other global regions later. Leopard Logic recently introduced the Gladiator CLD family of Configurable Logic Devices.
