Faraday Appoints Andy Chao as Company Spokesperson
HSINCHU Taiwan and SUNNYVALE CA, October 14, 2004 -- Faraday Technology Corporation (TAIEX: 3035), a leading fabless ASIC and IP provider, announced the appointment of Andy Chao as the new Company Spokesperson.
Andy Chao began his career with Industry Technology Research Institute and quickly risen to the rank of strategic project planner which he was responsible for a variety of projects on SoC & IP development and implementation . Prior to joining Faraday Technology Corporation in April 2000, Andy Chao was also a senior design consultant with Synopsys PSG (Professional Service Group) where he was engaged in the IP reuse solution planning and high-level verification solutions infrastructure building up. Under Andy Chao leadership, his team has helped Faraday with the establishment of the platform-based SoC design service infrastructure which was recently featured in the Faraday Technology Forum 2004. “I am very pleased with this appointment,” said H.P.
