ARM seems unfazed by Intel's intended move, later this year, to production on 22nm finfet-based process technology.

Asked, this morning, if they'll be disadvantaged by the move, ARM CFO Tim Score tells me: "Intel is not using 22nm finfet for Atom until 2013. In 2013. When Intel is on 22nm, the foundries will be on 20nm, and we'll get the comparison of 22nm finfet and 20nm planar and what that will mean to yield and power."
