Kaben Wireless Announces Family of XTAL Oscillators
Ottawa, ON - April 27, 2011 - Kaben Wireless Silicon Inc. ("Kaben") an industry leading provider of high performance mixed-signal IP, announced today a family of XTAL Oscillators in IBM and TSMC processes.
Kaben today announced a range of XTAL Oscillators. The KWS-105 is a 25-40 MHz tunable crystal oscillator IP block in IBM 7WL SiGe 180 nm BiCMOS, the KWS-110 is a 16 MHz crystal oscillator IP block in TSMC 130 nm CMOS and the KWS-120 is a 40 MHz crystal oscillator IP block in TSMC 90 nm CMOS.
"This high performance family of crystal oscillators are silicon proven and are available in the industry's most popular processes." said Bill Bereza, Kaben's Director of Marketing.
These IP blocks are silicon proven and are ready for integration into client ASICs or for standalone ICs. The crystal oscillators are ideal for use as PLL Synthesizer Frequency Reference sources, low frequency ADC sampling clocks and Digital Circuit clocks. These crystal oscillator IP products are available in both IBM's and TSMC's high volume processes.
