AuthenTec Embedded Security Expert Steve Singer to Speak on the Challenges of Multi-Gigabit Security Protocol Acceleration
MELBOURNE, Fla., September 26, 2011 – AuthenTec (NASDAQ: AUTH), a leading provider of security and identity management solutions, today announced that it will exhibit and speak at the 2011 Linley Tech Processor Conference to be held on October 5-6 at the Doubletree Hotel by Hilton in San Jose, California. AuthenTec Director of Systems Engineering Steve Singer will speak on the Challenges of Multi-Gigabit Security Protocol Acceleration during the session on Secure System Design and Virtualization from 9:45 am to 11:30 am Pacific Time on October 6. Mr. Singer will also join fellow panelists during a question and answer session focused on securing of networks and network systems.
During the two-day conference, AuthenTec will highlight its security offering for the wired and wireless markets, which includes hardware and software solutions for protocols such as WiMAX, LTE, IPsec, MACsec, SSL/TLS, sRTP (VoIP), and FC-SP (Fibre Channel).
