Imagination Technologies Group plc - Board Changes
August 13, 2014 -- Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE: IMG, “Imagination”, “the Group”), a leading multimedia, communications and processor technology company, announces that David Hurst-Brown will retire as a non-executive director at the AGM in September. The Group has today also appointed Kate Rock as a non-executive director.
David joined Imagination as a non-executive director in 2000.
Kate has many years of experience in corporate communication. She was at College Hill for 12 years from 1996, where she provided strategic counsel and business communication strategies to both public and private companies, including several technology businesses. Since 2008 she has acted as Director of Business Engagement for the Conservative Party and is a non-executive director of Newsbridge Ltd, publishers of First News.

The Group confirms that there is no information to disclose relating to Ms. Rock under rules 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
