AMD reportedly sues former employees over trade secrets (Thursday Jan. 17, 2013)
Chip vendor Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) has filed a lawsuit against four former employees, accusing them of taking documents containing AMD trade secrets when they went to work for rival Nvidia Corp., according to a report by the Bloomberg news service.

Kilopass Files Its Appeal for Both Patent Infringement Case & Tort Case Against Sidense (Monday Oct. 08, 2012)
Kilopass today appealed both the patent infringement case as well as the tort case against Sidense. On Kilopass’ request the Court issued an appealable judgment, and the case will be heard by the special patent court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. The appeal process will take approximately 9 – 12 months.

WiLAN today provided a litigation update regarding the consolidation of two cases before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler and Marshall Divisions respectively. Both cases pertain to infringement of WiLAN's Patent No. RE37,802 (the "802 patent") related to CDMA and HSPA and U.S. Patent No. 5,282,222 (the "222 patent") related to Wi-Fi and LTE.

ItoM Successfully Concludes Patent Litigation With Qualcomm, Broadcom, and Others (Wednesday Aug. 29, 2012)
ItoM announced today that it has dismissed, with prejudice, several companies, including Qualcomm and Broadcom, from its patent infringement lawsuit currently pending in the Eastern District of Texas.
