12b, 0.1Msps, Self-Calibrating Voltage DAC in UMC55nm EHV
The DA12B1MU55EHV is a 12-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a double-buffered input latch structure and a data readback function. All read and write operations are managed through a single parallel CFG port. A reset-to-zero control pin is included, enabling users to reset DAC outputs to zero, independent of the input latch contents. Additionally, the DACs support a transparent mode, allowing the outputs to respond immediately to input data. The DA12B1MU55EHV also includes a self-calibration feature for enhanced linearity and low offset and gain errors. Furthermore, it features a fast-settling capability and provides short circuit protection.
