ICTK is a specialized company located in Korea, providing PUF security SoC/PUF module solutions/ PUF IP with its own patented technogloy, Via-PUF.

PUF is just like human fingerprint/iris for semiconductors, which is generated at random during the FAB process, so each chip has different, its own unique PUF key, and it is never stored in any storage, never go outside of the puf chip.

Especially, Via-PUF is using passive element, Via-Holes random behavior, which gives highest relaibility and stability against PVT variaion (Process, Voltage, Temp.) We are providing not only PUF security chips for iot supply chain, also PUF based modules and equipments
